SINDH GOVT AND THE CHINA RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CRCC) INTERNATIONAL AGREED TO WAY FORWARD FOR LAYING KARACHI CIRCULAR RAILWAY (KCR) AS PER MOU
KARACHI OCTOBER 28, 2014: The Sindh Govt and the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) International agreed to way forward for laying Karachi Circular Railway (KCR) as per MoU signed by them on August 26, 2014 at China. The Sindh Govt has also decided to take the Federal Govt in confidence before execution, and recommended it (Federal Govt) to include this very important project of Karachi in the list of Pak-China Economic corridor.

SINDH GOVT HAS DECIDED TO CALL THE TROOPS OF PAK-ARMY ITS AIR SURVEILLANCE, MONITORING FOR STAND BY SECURITY AND PLACE AN EFFECTIVE FOOL PROOF SECURITY PLAN DURING THE MURAM-UL-HARAM
The Sindh Govt has decided to call the troops of Pak-Army its air surveillance, monitoring for stand by security and place an effective fool proof security plan to maintain law and order during the Muram-ul-Haram and to ensure protection of mourning processions, Majlis’s, Imam Bargahs, Mosque’s and vital installation in Karachi and whole interior Sindh.

CHIEF MINISTER HOLDS MEETING WITH A DELEGATION OF INDUSTRIALISTS AT CM HOUSE KARACHI
In order to resolve the water issues including fixing water rate pertaining to SITE Karachi, the Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has constituted a committee headed by Secretary Industries with representatives from Site Limited, Karachi Water & Sewerage Board (KW&SB) and industrialists to work out in detail and submit their recommendations within a week time. The Chief Minister directed this while holding meeting with a delegation of industrialists which called on him at CM House Karachi today.Read more
