CHIEF MINISTER SINDH JUSTICE ( R ) ZAHID KURBAN ALAVI PRESIDES MEETING REGARDING MONSOON CONTIGENCY PLAN 2013 AT CM HOUSE.

Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (R) Zahid Kurban Alavi has directed the concerned departments for marking advance preparations / measures to face any eventuality in better way during forth coming monsoon season. This he said while presiding a high level meeting of Irrigation, department, Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), relief department and other concerned departments held at C.M House on Tuesday.

CARETAKER CHIEF MINISTER SINDH JUSTICE ( R ) ZAHID KURBAN ALAVI & AND CARETAKER FEDERAL INTERIOR MINISTER MALIK HABIB JOINTLY PRESIDE LAW AND ORDER MEETING.

Sindh Government is taking all possible measures to maintain law and order in province with special focus on Karachi to ensure conducive environment for free, fair and peaceful general elections. This was stated jointly by Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (R) Zahid Kurban Alavi and caretaker Federal Interior Minister Malik Habib Khan while jointly presiding over a high level meeting law and order at C.M House on Monday. It was directed to high officials of the province to remain in constant coordination with concerned officers. Also emphasized that general election monitoring cells established at Chief Minister Secretariat, local Government Department and provincial Home Department shall be kept operational round the clock for urgent response.

KARACHI MAY 03, 2013:

CHINESE AMBASSADOR CALLS ON CARETAKER CHIEF MINISTER SINDH JUSTICE ( R ) ZAHID KURBAN ALAVI.

The Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (R) Zahid Qurban Alavi has said that Pakistan and China are all-weather friends and the friendly relations between both the countries are solidified through testing times. He expressed these views during the call-on meeting with Mr. Liu Jian, Ambassador of China for Pakistan and his team at CM House here on today. The Consul General of China at Karachi, Mr. Pan Qing Jiang, and Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister were also present in the meeting. Mr. Justice (R) Zahid Qurban Alavi said that both the countries had long-standing friendly relations, and China have always assisted Pakistan in various sectors.
